balsamic aubergines
Preheat the oven to medium-high temperature.
Take the aubergines and cut into even slices
Place aubergines on aluminium foil and brush with balsamic vinegar
Put aubergines covered in aluminium foil in the oven
Regularly turn and brush balsamic vinegar
Take out when you like the consistency - I like it when they've been in there for an hour or so and their almost softly dried but still chewy and yummie
