Consume food
As omnivores it is generally recommended to consume food. Please ensure that your nutrition includes the ingestion and absorption of vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids, essential fatty acids, and food energy. This will greatly enhance your quality of life, health, and longevity.
Do sleep
Whenever possible try to sleep at least once a day to support a healthy brain function and maintain your physical health. It is generally recommended to sleep something between seven to nine hours each night. One rule of thumb is: eight hours of work, eight hours of leisure, and eight hours of leisure.
